Where are My Proud Havana houses and apartments located?
We are present in Old Havana, El Vedado, Centro Habana and also in Guanabo, right by the beach. You can see all the options here.
What type of accommodations do you offer?
We offer private rooms, full apartments and family villas.All of them are stylishly decorated, with air conditioning and personalized attention.
Do the accommodations have WiFi?
Yes, all our spaces have WiFi connection. In some cases it is through local mobile data, but we’ll explain how to get the most out of it.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included by default, but can be requested at most locations. In addition, at Rooftop P120 we offer delicious breakfasts, cocktails and snacks every day, ideal to start or end your day with incredible views!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in EUR or USD, and in some accommodations also credit cards via Revolut, Bizum (for Spanish guests) or bank transfer. Check with us depending on the case!
Before arrival and transportation
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes! We can coordinate your pick up. We just need your flight details and arrival time.

What currency should I bring?
We recommend bringing euros in cash. Avoid changing on the street. Cuban ATMs offer poor exchange rates and are often out of cash.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arriving early or leaving late? Let us know — we’re happy to coordinate.
Can I receive guests during my stay?
Yes, we accept pre-declared guests for safety reasons. Parties or undeclared visitors are not allowed.

Is My Proud Havana an LGBTQ+ friendly?
Absolutely! We are a gayfriendly network and reject all form of discrimination.
The area of Infanta and 25 in El Vedado is the most frequented by the local LGBTQ+ community, although we always recommend taking precautions.
Is Cuba safe for tourists?
Yes, Cuba is one of the safest destinations in the Caribbean. Still, we recommend avoiding dark streets at night, politely saying “no, thank you” to any street offers, and taking a taxi home after going out
